Park Avenue West
A notable project in the works right now is the Park Avenue West (PAW) building at SW Yamhill and Park. Slated to have spires reaching to about 515 ft, PAW will be the third tallest building in Portland behind the Wells Fargo building and US BankCorp building. The last I heard about the project is that it will be 33 floors with a mix of retail and business suites topped off by 85 residential units. I’m excited to hear more about this project, and I’ll keep this information updated as more is learned.
